Since 2000, our company serves various kinds of business. It applied financial,
administrative and specialized solutions to many of our clients, using the latest
technologies available with the cooperation of our partners at U.S.A and other Arab
Countries.
With our long experience in software consultations. The time has come to pass this
experience to others through a strong start taking in consideration that the area
of training is our business solutions which we have been developing and implementing
for many years.
We believe that the academic experience alone is not sufficient unless it coincides
with the practical experience and being engaged in the same business sector. This
helps the recipients to recognize the true purpose of the training and how to make
use of it in their service place.
In order to be able to reach this stage, we have set up a very hard working professional
team, including Academics, consultants with expertise in the field of training and
development. We support this team with the experience of our developers.
For some people, this team represents the best group to provide the training service
at the highest level. But, we disagree with them as we strongly felt that we have
to stay with the trainees forever, providing them with our experience, and to take
the opportunity to benefit from our partners at U.S.A and the other countries.
As of that, we felt the need of a permanent contact between us and the trainees
we have. Therefore, we have begun the creation of a society particularly through
the internet that can be shared by everyone, whether a partner or a trainee.
The studies of the Egyptian market that we have undertaken during the past year
in the training sector showed us several facts, including:
- Many of the specialized training centers are unable to continue with the same Lecturers.
- Training misses the objective of the practical practice and eventually there’ll
be no benefit.
- Most training centers are expertise with the local market. Therefore training will
lack the foreign experiences from other different societies we are dealing with.
- The weakness of the equipments used in training centers is a key factor in the loss
of the trainee's desire to continuity.
- Lecturers are lacking the practical experience in the business sector.
- The lack of an appropriate environment for training
Through this information and statistics, we are trying to create a better training
environment that we can succeed where others failed.
